Electrical questions
Can you add new circuits or upgrade my panel?
No. New circuits, panel upgrades and anything that needs a permit go to a licensed electrician. I'll tell you up front if your job falls in that category.
My ceiling has no fan box. Can you still install one?
Often yes, with a fan-rated brace box. I'll check when I arrive.
Do you supply the fixtures?
You pick it, I install it. I can also pick it up for you.
