[Owner name], owner & the guy who shows up

Hi, I'm [Owner name].

I served 8 years in the U.S. [branch]. After getting out, I started Lil Handyman That Can because San Diego homeowners deserve someone who shows up when he says he will and treats their house like his own.

The name is a nod to the little engine that could. No job is too small, and if something is outside what a handyman should take on, I'll tell you straight and point you to the right pro.

Had a long list of small repairs: drywall patches, a sticky door and two new light fixtures. Everything was done in one visit, on time, and he cleaned up after himself. Booking online was super easy.

Good questions.

How much do you charge?

Most jobs are billed hourly at $95 for the first hour and $85 per hour after that, plus materials. For bigger projects I'll give you a free written estimate first, so there are no surprises.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Lil Handyman That Can LLC is licensed and insured, CSLB license #1098765. I'm happy to send proof of insurance before the job.

Is there anything you don't do?

I don't do roofing, major electrical panel work, gas lines or anything that needs a permit and a specialty license. If your job falls in that category, I'll tell you up front and recommend someone I trust.

Do you bring the materials?

Either way works. You can have the parts ready, or I can pick them up on the way and add them to the invoice at cost.

How soon can you come out?

Usually within a few days. Online booking shows my real availability, so what you see is what's open.

Let's get that list moving.
